I received safety glasses with the wrong prescription, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. This constant struggle made me feel compelled to leave this review and try one more time to engage with customer service, desperate for a resolution.
Customer: I received safety glasses with the wrong prescription. They’re making me dizzy and nauseous! I’ve tried multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, and can’t get anyone to help. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this, and I understand how frustrating it must be to experience discomfort and difficulty reaching us. Can you please provide your order number? Customer: It's #XYZ12345. I just need this fixed. This has been a nightmare trying to get through to someone who can actually help. CS Rep: Thank you for the order number, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication you've experienced. We can arrange a complimentary reorder with the correct prescription and provide a return label for the incorrect pair. Customer: So I have to send these back AND wait for new ones after all this hassle? This whole process has been so incredibly inconvenient. CS Rep: Our policy requires the return for a full resolution and reorder, but I assure you we will expedite the new shipment. I am truly sorry for the trouble this has caused.
