Let me warn you about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers; they are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. My nightmare began when I ordered glasses, paying $19.95 for “next day delivery” as their site claimed. Hours later, I received an email stating that my order would take “3 business days”—where was “next day”? This prompted me to seek help, only to find their customer service utterly lacking.
Customer: Hello? Is this a human? I've been trying to reach someone for ages, your automated system and live chat bot are useless! CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching us. My name is Alex, how can I assist you with your order today? Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, $19.95, and now I see my order will take three business days. You're not providing the service I paid for. I need a refund for that delivery fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me check your order details for you. While the site indicates "eligible for next day delivery," there can sometimes be a processing period before shipment. Customer: Processing for plano lenses? It doesn't matter, I paid for next day delivery, not "processing period then delayed delivery." I expect that fee back. CS Rep: I hear your concern, and I've submitted a request to our billing department regarding the delivery fee discrepancy. They will review it. Customer: So, that's it? I just have to wait again? You're not going to refund it now? This is exactly why I'm so frustrated.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
